Eating Healthy On the Go Isn't Easy
It's not easy to be healthy living a busy lifestyle. Preparing healthy meals takes time. That's why I take time to learn how to eat healthy fast food.
I know I can't cut down on trips to the fast food joints -- it's just part of my life. So at least when I'm there I can cut down on calories, fat, and sodium as best I can.
