Want some more great tips for healthy fast food options? Try these:

At Hardees, go for the Charbroiled Chicken BBQ Sandwich. It's got significantly less calories and fat than any other sandwich on their menu.

At Taco Bell, order your items "Fresco Style". It's delicious and saves you bunches of empty calories.

At Chik-Fil-A, the Chargrilled Chicken Garden Salad is a fantastic lunch, and only 170 calories (plus the dressing). Whatever you do, avoid the Chicken Strips Salad -- which has 22 grams of fat and almost 600 calories (before dressing!).
